Sidney
Owner/CEO
Sidney is the Owner/CEO of SidNetworks. He loves problem-solving and overcoming new challenges. He has enjoyed working with customers for over 20 years to find solutions to their technical problems. When not working on computers, he enjoys shooting sporting clays and spending time with his family.
Jennifer
Marketing & Business Development
Jennifer has a passion for marketing and business development. She holds two Google Analytics certificates and is completing her BBA in Marketing at UT Tyler. She has been employed with SidNetworks since 2017 and loves working with our clients. Outside of the office, Jennifer enjoys hiking trips with her husband, reading, and baking “until all the dishes are dirty”.
Tena
Dispatcher
Tena has a positive attitude and a great attention to detail. She loves problem solving and takes pride in providing the best customer service possible. As the dispatcher at SidNetworks, her goals include improving customer experience and building customer loyalty. She has been employed with SidNetworks since 2021. Outside of the office, Tena enjoys photography, nature hikes, traveling, and spending time with family.
Andrew
Service Manager
Andrew is UT Alum with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems. As the Service Manager at SidNetworks, his goal is to help the team and clients integrate technology with operations to increase productivity and reduce downtime. Andrew is a Marine Corps and Air Force veteran that brings years of leadership experience to our team. In his free time, he enjoys kayaking with his wife and kids, traveling, working at the family ranch, and coaching his daughter’s soccer team. (Go Valkyries!)
Dalton
Computer Technician
Dalton is a Tyler Junior College graduate with a degree in Network Technology. As a technician at SidNetworks, Dalton strives to assist customers that are having issues by implementing the best solution possible. He enjoys learning new skills and is always pushing himself to grow. During his free time, Dalton enjoys keeping up with new computer hardware, spending time with his family, and tinkering with his own computer.
Tony
Computer Technician
Technology has always been of high interest for Tony since childhood. Then his first coding class in high school showed his aptitude for the field and he has been building his knowledge base since. Tony has acheived his A+ certification and is pursuing other certs to further his skillset. He enjoys the challenge of finding solutions to intricate technological issues. In his spare time, he enjoys golf with his family and building computers with his son.
Torin
Computer Technician
Torin is a graduate of ITI Technical College in Baton Rouge, LA with a degree in Information Technology. As a technician at SidNetworks, Torin prides himself on providing outstanding customer service and going the extra mile to assist customers. He is always looking for new things to learn and new problems to solve to further his technical skills. During his free time, Torin loves to spend time with his wife and 2 kids, work on some of his coding projects, and have jam sessions in his home studio.
