I have worked in I.T. departments supporting large networks, but I enjoy working with small businesses. I love helping with procuring hardware, solving various issues that occur with PCs, working with business owners to develop I.T. solutions, and developing friendships with my customers.
During my career, I have worked with some very good I.T. consulting companies, but always felt they fell short in giving the customer what they wanted. The focus of SIDNETWORKS is to listen to the customer and give professional, responsive service. We promise to respond to all emails, texts, and phone calls within 15 minutes, and that is in writing in the service level agreement.
I want the technicians that work for SIDNETWORKS to be the I.T. solution for your business. We, as a team, will be there for you! Using the latest technology to monitor your computers and ensure the latest updates are installed, we perform preventative maintenance outside working hours to maintain maximum uptime. We also provide to our customers the best anti-virus program available to be installed on all devices. If needed, we have an anti-spam solution that includes encryption for HIPAA compliance and can also include email archiving, as well as, backup solutions for all devices.
